Catholic Conscience has prepared a 2025 Ontario Election Guide for the Feb. 27 provincial election.

Catholic Conscience releases voters’ guide for Ontario election

As Ontarians prepare to head to the polls for the provincial election on Feb. 27, Catholic Conscience has released a voters’ guide to help Catholics make informed decisions.

The guide, Voting Like a Catholic, is a 2025 provincial election resource aimed at assisting voters in prayerfully discerning their choices. Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Toronto has also prepared an Ontario Election Guide for this purpose.

Both resources encourage Catholics to consider the moral and social teachings of the Church as they evaluate candidates and parties. The election presents an opportunity for voters to choose leaders who will govern with the common good in mind, including the protection of the most vulnerable.

Catholics are urged to pray for all those in public office and for those who will form the next government. Saint Thomas More, patron saint of politicians, is invoked for guidance in this democratic process.
